Horrible service. Ordered pre-prepared 'Proper Hot Chocolate', but received disgusting bland, chalky small drink in return for £3.30, not worth it at all. Absolutely dire & dismal, deeply disappointed. 9-FEB-2021. Belsize Park.
What I ordered was nice. But the service was grumpy and tables at the back sticky and dirty. I paid £8.50 for a double macchiato and 2 small things to eat. So I would expect better service for the price. Would buy bread here to take home. But as a tearoom it leaves me wanting.
I had a great brunch here yesterday. Food was amazing, the sausage roll has to be the best I’ve ever had. Lovely member of staff called Robert gave us outstanding customer service. Will come back here every time I’m in Belsize Park I the future
They got nice outdoor seating area. The staffs were friendly. I love their chocolate brownie fingers and coconut macaroons. The brownie was really good as they used a good quality of chocolate. Coconut macaroon was nice and soft on the centre.
Gail's Bakery is a lovely place, very nice staff, gorgeous food and really good coffee, we went back again twice in the same day.
Simply yummy. The flourless chocolate cake and pecan & maple scone are the must have.
Wonderfully as always, hot chocolate and mushroom quiche ,staff always so polite
The maple-pecan scones are out of this world! Can't wait to try the other kinds too.
