Not bad, but the lady with a very long hair, kind of red colour who never wears an apron, smiles and is nice only to certain customers unfortunatelyFood: 4/5
They got nice outdoor seating area. The staffs were friendly. I love their chocolate brownie fingers and coconut macaroons. The brownie was really good as they used a good quality of chocolate. Coconut macaroon was nice and soft on the centre.
I have spoken to the manager about this before, but clearly it's fallen on deaf ears. The short lady serving who wears a black apron has to be about the rudest, unhelpful and unpleaseant person I've ever met. I came accross her again yesterday and thought I'd give he the benefit of the doubt, I was wrong, but I won't make the same mistake again. I'm sure there are many things she is good at, but customer facing is not one of them. If I see her behind the counter again, I'll leave and suggest that if you see her, that you go to any of the other places within 15 seconds where you can get a coffee with at least a smile and some respect for your business.
The staff in here are incompetent. Opening hours on Google are clearly wrong so I called to confirm if they're open. The member of staff told me yes so I travelled to them to only be told they are closed!!! Avoid this Gails at all cost. They're clearly out of touch with customers!!
I like the coffee and the food. But, yesterday I bought two cup coffees. I paid for dine in, and the women prepare with a glass. I just little bit confused because as long as i went to Gail’s, the barista always served with plastic cup. When I asked for plastic cups, her face look alike little bit mad the coffees are not ready yet, she only put the ice cube in glasses. And then, when I finished and wanna back home, I said thank for her, but she really ignored me. This is my first bad experience ever in Gail’s. I feeling so sad about it.
The lady who makes the coffee is extremely rude , 0 social skills to be working in a hospitality environment I’m a huge gails fan but I’ll probably never return here to this branchService: 1/5

The staff in the afternoon on 25th Sep 2024 pretended can’t understand what we are saying and kept ignoring us while there’s no other costumers. She didn’t react anything when we say hi/ thank you/ goodbye. Wouldn’t come beck againFood: 3/5
