Food & Price: Taste of food is amazing the apple tart the bagel coffee and smoothie all great, but a little overpriced. Okay Menu & location: There is a very broad range of choices, vegan, vegetarian diet free gluten free everything great place near the park but it closes at 4 pm, so early. Staff: staff is very helpful and nice however everyone looks sad.. unhappy : Overall you got a generous 4 stars, as your food is great, coffee as well, some bumps on the way
AVOID!! We’ve been here a few times as it’s very close by. Each time we’ve had the absolute worst service, particularly from the man who may the manager. returned as thought it was a one off maybe , then went again when a friend wanted to go. The rudeness of this man is almost laughable. He very aggressively shouted at a friend and made her cry for bringing a buggy in, had a go at my husband and told him he was wrong when they put oat milk in the coffee even though we didn’t ask for it, charged us for 2 bagels £11 for very basic bagel and only gave us 1. Very aggressive implied we were lying?! Also heard the man being very rude to another customer and there was a small altercation. It’s beyond me people can run a business in this way, I’m afraid people go back just because there’s not much else around. We will never be returning. Food is very average and overpriced. Cakes are decent.
Pretty impressive. A full 5 on food hygiene which is very hard to get for old buildings. Has a wide ranging menu with plenty for everyone no matter what tastes or diet restrictions. Surprisingly nicely presented and prepared food. Feels like good value. Staff efficient and polite. Venue seems to have a regular loyal local following. Vegetarian options: Loads of options Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options.
Bonjour Brioche being the closest breakfast place within 10 minutes parameters in their area has a massive opportunity to keep people coming back but instead they insist on pushing everyone away with their UNBELIEVABLE RUDENESS!! Food: Its good but a bit overpriced ~£18-20 per person. It’s what made me give it the benefit of the doubt and go back again a couple of times. Thinking maybe the rudeness was a one off thing. But boy was I wrong. Service: The rudest place in London! The staff is stiff, aggressive and have a weird attitude. It makes every customer feel uncomfortable in there. Makes the experience tense and very unpleasant. Conclusion: The food is not worth it after all to tolerate that attitude. Won’t be going back. Management we recommend you check in on your staff and try and understand the reason they’re not friendly or kind to your customers. And if the staff are the owners then you guys need some crash courses on how to successfully run a service business!! Remark: not babies friendly. Not medium to large group friendly. They always fuss about buggies. And give attitude when a medium party arrives 4+ people. Tip: it’s not what you say people. It’s how you say it. Be kinder to your customers is all we’re saying.
Best Coffee in Wimbledon. I can’t go anywhere else apart from here to get my coffee. The food is also amazing. You can sit inside or outside on a sunny day. It can get busy but that’s only as it’s a popular coffee shop and one of the best around The staff are very friendly and always polite and professional. Any bad reviews I would ignore as this coffee shop is honestly the best around and a place I highly recommend They give loyalty cards also so I get a free coffee once I have had 10 which is amazing 10/10 for this coffee shop
This place is one of the best for breakfast in Wimbledon! Everything is fresh, friendly staff with a warm welcome. And, of course, excellent, yummy foodFood: 5/5
Went here for brunch on a weekend. Bagels were nothing special and massively overpriced for £10. The blueberry pancake was nice...but it was immersed in maple syrup - would suggest maple syrup is given on the side so people can decide how much to put on. Coffee was good though Will return for the pancakes but the very average yet overpriced bagels really put us off.
Very average food. The juice somehow was oxidised already when it was served. The bill was quite pricey with the lunch costing £18 per person.
The breakfast was really good as was the service. The cake/brownies weren't as good as the Swiss cottage branch hence the 4 star review. However I would come back for their breakfast again as all 5 of us enjoyed what we ate.
Hello, I was by today ~12:45 transaction red jacket with the white fluffy dog, sat outside and changed my stay in order to take away.. i might have been charged for an item i initially ordered but did not receive with my take away, banana bread? Order: charged £28.65 Received: Bacon bagel + extra bacon side Forest smoothie Dirty Chai Did not receive: banana bread I've tried calling, but no one is picking up the phone. I'd just like to know if i was charged for the missing item or not? Might be everything is fine, but there are no prices listed or a photo of the full menu so i can't check. Would someone from the restaurant please reply and provide a way to correspond if needed? Thank you
