Sam and his team provide a real human customer service. Mine was a small job. Emails are dealt with promptly and a real person answers the phone!! Each person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. Job completed on time and delivery made exactly as promised. And reasonable prices. Could not ask for more.

Superb company and i cant recomend them enough. Sam and his team helped me when i had to have a repossession order for my flat due to fraudulent tenants. They were puncutual, courteous and went above and beyond to help. I cant thank them enough and i am very grateful for the level of service only a small, local family run business can provide. Can’t recommend highly enough. Outstanding service from Sam, who helped with an emergency situation. He not only solved the problem, but he was very calm and kind in a stressful situation. Locked out of my flat in pyjamas with 20 people about to arrive for my own hen do! You could really sense you were working with an expert, but also the warmth of someone from a family business. Really great service, excellent response times and helpful staff - cannot recommend them enough! They were initially called out to fix a faulty front door lock, which was done on quoted price. They were also able to source keys for windows that were all missing. Really helpful and reliable.  Update - after going to replace lost keys, the service is still amazing! Super friendly and helpful - would still definitely recommend their service and wish I could give more stars!
