Quoted a maximum of 100 to open my door. I had Informed the lady on the phone it was NOT a YALE lock and went onto tell her specifically which lock and key it was. They turned up after 6 hours of waiting and me continuously calling them for an update. The man who got into my door was lovley but quoted me 350 in total. I squared him up for entering the property and packed him off leaving me with no lock on my door and a huge hole which i have to fill. I have had to secure the door with a padlock amd cleared the mess up myself. The gentlemen who quoted me the 350 told me I'd been misquoted on the phone. So I paid £70 to have a hole put in my door which I could have done myself. Definitely do not recommend this company. Waste of my time and money. I will be speaking to trading standards first thing as I believe it was day light robbery and left me no better off and in a mess.
Booked engineer to meet us at the property at an agreed time. He phoned beforehand to find out what the job entailed. Arrived on time. As it turned out his services were not required as there was a spare key. Professional and polite.
Very pleased with this service. An engineer arrived within the two hours stated and fixed my lock quickly. Would definitely use again
Emergency call out for being locked out. Turned up rather promptly after getting his tyre fixed. 2 minutes later we was back in. Super friendly
Called for my elderly mother. The gentleman called to say he was on his way then to tell me the issue and cost of repair. Fixed it and the called again to say he was done and that my mother was safe and secure I. Her home. So grateful thank you
Turned up and quoted me over £250 to fill out my lock, plus £80++ to replace with new. Such a rip off, where are the honest people these days? Got him to just remove old barrel, still cost £150. Avoid these guys, just want to mug you off for lots of money.
I locked myself out with a key in the door inside the house. Christian came over within 20 minutes, did the job even quicker. Reliable, punctual and friendly. Competitive price too. I can definitely recommend him .
Don’t trust! Although the engineer arrived promptly and acted very professionally he told me the office got my qoute wrong by 75% and should be £270. This means the price was 4 times the quoted amount. He then wanted a £70 cancelation fee. What an absolute disaster. Won’t be using them again.
I was assured on phone that i wont ve charged more than £59+VAT. But on arrival technician started to make lame excuses and ends up charging me £135. BE AWARE OF THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES !!!!!
Apart from traffic delay it was quick however quoted £60 on the phone and ended up pay £140 which is a lot for a single parent … but everything was good except the charge
