Very poor customer service. Went to to shop, having lengthy discussions about a need to fit floor to a newly built flat as quickly as possible to allow us to move in. Picked our desired flooring and were willing to pay cash for everything.

Unfortunately, 4 weeks later (and after the floor fitter failed to visit the flat having had a wrong address) the quote reflected on all the flat and not on the areas that we had requested (living room / kitchen area). Even after visiting in person and highlighting that there was a massive pressure in time to have a quote and proceed to fit the floors, haven't heard from them for another week.

Based on the customer service received, would not recommend and definitely not going back.

GL Floors have a decent reputation sadly the quality of their work varies considerably depending on which employee does the work. We've had good experiences in the past but the most recent job was woeful. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Handy flooring shop. Helpful staff, who have is a rough estimate there and then based on our floorplan, and we're happy to get samples down for us to compare to one another. Recommended.

Got a new wooden floor fitted from this company and couldn't be happier. I first called into their showroom to have a look, they were very helpful and arranged their guy to come and measure my Hall. The 2 guys that came to do the job were prompt and friendly. I will be using them again in a few months for my Lounge.

I went with this company to get my floors  redone . They weren't especially expensive but I was left with different colorations across different parts of the floor .Quite a lot of the gaps were not filled in and just basically a poor job .Not to mention unnecessary splatterings on the wall . In their credit they did try to address the problems (hence not a one star ) by sending their guys out multiple times but they never got there . The damage was done by the first guy who just wasn't up to the job . I will now have to go with another company and get the floors done again at my expense .
