Bought this yesterday 24/01/2021 and didn’t think to check the expiry date. When I ate it, it tasted mouldy. Turns out it had long expired. Waste of money and dangerous to my health. Reporting to the local authority. It’s unfortunate because it’s a well stocked shop which is convenient otherwise.
HOLY BREAD !!! Now let me explain- I pondered over this metropolis of tasty and useful nik naks I couldn’t believe my options I picked up a few sweet and salty treats and the fresh naan recommended by mr Express himself which had arrived just that day. Such a cool vibe and we felt so safe and assisted in terms of bags etc. wide range of smoking paraphernalia and crisps. My only only qualm is that I have a new vice- G Express!
Family-owned stores like G Express add life and personality to a rushing, at-time impersonal city! This store is my go-to when it comes to harder-to-find ingredients: whenever supermarkets have let me down, I somehow always find what I want and more on the shelves of this store around the corner. It's a family-owned store with a friendly, family feel and great range - what's not to love?
Great little shop and post office has a great variety of goods. Staff are sleays very friendly too!
DO NOT SHOP HERE.The salad I bought - as it turns out - was off and stunk when I opened it I ha to throw out the whole bag.They sold me rotten salad! The nerve. The meat I bought tasted horrible I suspect it was off too. The fruit tastes like nothing at all. All in all 10£ wasted. Lesson learned.
sold me food that was off and started arguing that I need to bring the bad food back, shame on you. hopefully the £3.49 was worth it.
Why queue outside Waitrose when this gem is just around the corner? The shelves are always well stocked, the prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Professional staff, prompt service. They have a well managed Post Office counter and the shop is reasonably priced too.
Good guys running this store, it's my go-to everytime I come back from work, never been disappointed! Very friendly cashier.
Always friendly service! Not too pricey for the area and they have a wide variety of products.
