After ordering Foie Gras online and was charged for an extra 9.95 pounds for next day delivery,I called to make sure I will receive it the next day ,I was told that they were out of the item ordered.
There was initially a slight hiccup with my order, but the company went to an incredible effort to resolve the issue for me, to my great satisfaction.
Used more than once for foie gras and caviar and will use again. Had a proactive contact from them for one order checking if I wanted my delivery sooner - and yes, turns out I’d not understood the simple! delivery rules.
Not the finest quality, not the best price, not the best service and certainly not the nicest people sadly -
Have used them for the past two years asked if they could get scallops they replied saying would get back to me , chaced them again and still no response . Went else where and got my scallops and cavier at costco far cheaper. Shame
