Ordered tonight at 5:15pm was told it would be within the hour. Called after an hour I was told the driver had set off 5 to 10 minutes ago women on phone didn't ask my address I live in Kingwells traffic is very light today. Called back after 20 minutes gave my address driver was still out there with my order so it would be cold after 25-30 minutes. Women on the phone was horrible I cancelled my order only reason I called was because Bills Wok was closed. Useless Fusion don't waste your time very disappointed.

Avoid Ordered Vegetable spring rolls- only had rice noodles in it. Vegetables in a black bean sauce - it had two pieces of chicken in it. Rainbow rice also had chicken in it. Went back got fresh but when I returned home to dish up the Vegetable black bean still had chicken. Manager is in denial. She explained that sometimes a little piece of chicken can get in if I told her it was for vegetarian they would make sure no chicken. I replied” that’s nonsense if someone comes in asking for a vegetable black bean then no other foreign object should be in it especially chicken. I have sent a report to Food Standards Agency. Chef needs sacking.

The food is excellent here I always have the fusion spiced chicken strips which are amazing! There is amazing customer service through the shop and the chef is very fast!
