Delivery service has been quick every time I ordered.

Smooth process for take aways. Helpful personnel happy to advise you of ongoing deals. Usually quite busy with phone orders so might not always get served straight away. Small area to wait for your order with a lean on bench. Comfortable enough for the 10'odd minutes wait. Pizzas as per standard Pizza Hut quality, love it or hate it. I am a happy customer.

The pizza was better than usual. As you can understand from the comments, the pizza vary in taste (Probably due to whom makes it). We had the winter deal with 2 large pizza's + Garlic bread + Any side, paid extra for the cheesy garlic bread and some extra topping on the pizza. There was no cheesy garlic bread on the first delivery (human error, can happen to anyone), however, when the Cheesy garlic bread was delivered it had no cheese on it. I understand it is Saturday night and might be busy, but this is how you loose your customers due to poor communication, as well as lack of attention.

Used this Hut a few times. Always had trouble. Last time was Friday 10th Aug 2012. Ordered and paid online. Only live 5 minute walk from Hut, but asked for delivery. Took over an hour to arrive, Luke warm with no dips etc. Called up, they said they would send missing items straight away. 40 minutes later they arrived, by then the food was stone cold. Handed the food back, asked for a refund. Never heard anything! Emailed customer services 4 times and heard nothing. Went into store and argued with manager, no joy! I handed goods back, have a recite , cant get refund.! They refuse point blank! DO NOT USE THIS HUT, IT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.! Not only that, the hut itself looks like a grease pit! BADLY IN NEED OF A CLEAN.!

3 inch of a 14 inch pizza was plain bread! It even didn't look right. Will not order again.
