Terrible terrible terrible!! Order took almost 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was cold...!! I tried calling multiple times but no one would answer. Safe to say I will never be ordering anything from here ever again!!

Got order wrong twice and argued with me about what i ordered. Then the manager tried to justify his mistake by saying hes already sent me 3 pizzas in total , 2 of which id already paid for. Customer service skills were horrendous. Only spending one night in aberdeen for work and totally disgusted with this store.

Papa John's always spams me with texts. I replied to opt out and was charged for it! Last pizzas I got were cold and not very nice.

Poor presentation lack of toppings even after stating you want x3 lucky if you get one piece of chicken per slice of pizza . Will by pass here for a while.

Papa John's is rather consistent with the excellent quality of their food. Of course, their side orders are more expensive than presumably logical. Nevertheless, the food is consistently excellent from this location. Although most people who order pizza normally do so via takeaway, it is a pleasant experience to purchase and collect from this Papa John's. The storefront may be very small, but the best aspect of this Papa John's location is the staff. Consistently, the staff has been cheerful and pleasant in their manners and conversation. In fact, when I do collect from this location, they remember me by name. That kind of customer service is all but depleted from our modern age, but it makes me happy to know that there are still businesses like this that hire workers that are more concerned with people than products. Purchase and collect when you can from this location and I'm sure you will find the experience as pleasant as I have.
