Unfortunately after spending thousands on a new sofa set. Our three seater has had so many faults. Over the past year we have made phone calls after phone call but you just can’t not get anywhere. Our sofa is unusable, left side has collapsed and the mechanism makes really bad noises like it’s about to snap. The right hand side had a scratch, we called out the insurance company part of what furniture village sell you to repair it. After waiting months, they arrived at the house, cut the arm cover off and then told my wife the new cover was wrong. So we were left with an exposed arm ever since. With three young kids in the house this has now been destroyed. Again after so many phone calls and not getting anywhere at all. Furniture Village customer service just fob you off with the same thing every time you call….. email photos. We must have emailed them with photos over 20 times by now. The insurance company are no better. Just constantly chasing. If you spend thousands of pounds on a product and it’s not right and cannot be fixed then surely it should be replaced for new. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere.
Great experience at Furniture Village today. Joel was really helpful. Informative but not pushy. Polite and patient- gave us plenty of time and space to make a decision we were happy with. Very pleased with the final price too! Thanks Joel!
We had a great experience at Furniture Village thanks to James S, our sales consultant. He was incredibly patient and took the time to professionally guide us through all the different sofa options. His advice was clear and helpful, making it easy for us to choose the perfect one. On top of that, he offered us a great deal. Highly recommend asking for James if you’re visiting!
Great staff and beautiful collections of sofas, furniture. I was able to find one for my home as quick as in 10 mins of walking into a store.nEmil is a great guy, offered a coffee and best tips to buy a sofa. Very comfortable and great prices.
