Absolutely shocking experience, zero customer service after original purchase. Damaged and incorrect equipment arrived and has not been replaced, AVOID.

Absolutely awful 
They have sent me a damaged shower trey 3 times. Despite promising to check it at the warehouse. Final one actually had a hole in it. They also sent the wrong shower door

I would seriously avoid using them. It's ok to make a mistake once- it's how you deal with it that counts
