STAY AWAY Scammers! Full of lies! After receiving the wrong bed I have been waiting 6 weeks for a replacement. Owners are full of excuses, ignore calls and are rude. No respect or value to their customers, they will take your money and disappear. Even one star is too much.

Avoid at all cost. Not worth the hassle, been without a bed for 6 weeks due to incorrect delivery, at no fault of my own. I have tried to be in contact with the store however they have gone silent and have been avoiding my calls. Just not worth it

Scammers and liars! After receiving the wrong item, the owner decided to go into hiding for 6 weeks to avoid replacing it. Ignore my calls and the staff in the shop are very rude. No care in the world they will take your money and disappear.

There was a massive choice of bedroom furniture. I couldn't decide straight away which wardrobe set I wanted so I visited several times before making my choice. Although the delivery was a few days later than agreed... The gentleman that assembles the wardrobe was early and very efficient with his building services which was a reasonable price. I would definitely buy again but next time I will allow a few days delivery rather than same day! I would still recommend this company if you plan on collecting the items yourself.

STAY CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. Substandard goods not fit for purpose. Next day delivery ???? Biggest joke yet. 4 days of excuses and lies. Trading standards intervention got a result.

I DO NOT recommend this place! ordered a wardrobe before Christmas got told I would get delivered the same day and got messed around so many times on when it's going to get delivered. Finally got delivered two weeks later, however they delivered me a broken wardrobe and said they would replace it the day after. They rang me and told me I'll have to wait even longer. So I asked for a full refund. one week went by.. two week went by... the refund still wasn't in my bank, I told the owner and he said he would go to bank, day after still hadn't been to the bank. Made out there was a glitch in the system. so not only did I get messed around and had to wait over 2 weeks for my wardrobe to come. I got messed around with my refund too, had to wait over 3 weeks. Horrible place, horrible staff and overall disappointing! I will not be going back and definitely don't recommend.

Avoid at all costs! I made the mistake of thinking the pricing is good so should be perfectly fine. I ordered a custom sofa and they came and fitted them for me. Initially I was happy with the order but upon inspection there was a gap between the cushion seats that they obviously knew about when fitting but decided not to tell me. I got in touch and was told the problem would be sorted by the end of the week. 3 months later he was still saying the same thing and playing me. I then put a court claim in so should hopefully be sorted relatively soon. I've heard from many people that the same has happened to them and they have been left with defective furniture and been messed around. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Just thought id share a review so that other people do not make the same mistake I had made.

Fantastic service. I had been let down by Argos, my little girl left without a bed. I came in to the shop at 4.45 and they went out of their way to get the bed to me that evening, even going to the wholesalers to pick up another bed. Can’t fault. Thankyou so much for going above and beyond. I won’t go anywhere else

This is the worst place to go and shop at for furniture they lie and don't pick up the phone when he sees you outside the shop he drives off please do not use them they are rubbish
