I purchased the Domino bunk bed with memory foam mattress. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication! Great service! Responded quickly to enquiries! my Twins love the bed.! Super price easy to assemble good instructions. Good packaging. Would defiantly recommend. Very cofusing company, bed kingdom? Flair furniture? Furniture first ??? Waited in all day for a delivery, had a text from a delivery company saying they couldn’t deliver, yet had and email when we question it to be emailed a response saying delivery would be taking place today ..and they didn’t know who “panther” were that were making /not making the delivery for them ........... we are still waiting for delivery

I brought the Julian Bowen Kimbo cabin bed with desk, drawers and bookcase. It was very easy for me to put together with help to hold it up. It took about 4 hours to put everything together. The bed its self is sturdy and has not needed tightening in the 2 half years we have had it (and I climb up there every day to make the bed). The ladder is a great size not so small that feet can't fit like most beds. The drawers/bookcase and desk are still in great condition. Quick and easy to order very quick delivery. I have recommended to friends and family.

Two years ago my wife and I needed a bunk bed for our boys. We chose BedKingdom to supply the bunk bed and mattresses as they offered an excellent price and a monthly repayment option. Our purchase was completed online easily. Updates about our order were sent promptly by email and queries were quickly answered. The delivery company were not great and missed the delivery day and did not update either us or BedKingdom. Thankfully the bed and mattresses have proved to be excellent quality and we are very pleased with our purchases.

Fantastic customer service! We originally ordered a pirate themed bed but the day after we ordered it I received a phone call to say that sadly the pirate material had gone out of production, the staff were very helpful in helping us find an alternative and assured us that this item could be sourced. When the bed arrived my son couldn't wait for us to put it together...it didn't take us long and the instructions were easy to follow. We are currently looking at a similar bed for our other child as we love this bed so much and we will definitely buy through the Bed Kingdom for his bed as I cannot fault them at all.
