I do not like their services, when they have got full money, they do not care about to do their responsibility correctly and at time.
Really happy with the service and politeness of the staff in this store, we got a lovely suite from them at a great price and they organised delivery. Couldn't be happier we love it thank you so much :-
Absolutely top class service, very impressed in the way my problem was handled and resolved , I would highly recommend furniture express they went way beyond my expectations.Good old fashioned service at its best, including the delivery service.
Just browsing at the time no one came to get the ball rolling as I was going to make a purchase of a 3 piece sweet and table and chairs, 2 of the staff were just drinking coffee and chatting after 10 minutes I gave up, went elsewhere and got a better deal. So there lack of customer service saved me money Thanks Furniture express

Brilliant service. good knowledge and very friendly staff. Very happy with the furniture I bought . Good quality too at a reasonable price .
