Nice, cosy, local, good food: poached eggs are amazing. You can choose the bread you want. Porridge is delicious and the portions ample. They sell their own bread. Highly recomended Really easy to reach from Piccadilly Train Station
We got a magic bag filled with left over bread from the Too Good To Go app. The bakery was lovely, really nice lighting and comfortable seats available. Friendly staff, too! The bag was such good value, inside there was an assortment of 12 different types of bread and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been to Fundamentum a few times for business meetings and working lunches. The food is delicious, I LOVE the pizzas. The staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is perfect. Not too loud that you have to shout at prospective clients!
Only had breads from here, but it looks very chilled atmosphere in the cafe. I’d like to come here for food and drinks. As far as it goes with breads, I love any breads they make here. All of them very good quality
Excellent place. Really good quality +quantity of food, reasonably priced, nice decoration and friendly staff. The food is fresh and tasty, and they offer top quality pizzas, sandwitches, and salads. You can even buy freshly baked bread from here. 5/5

The best place in Manchester for bread, pastries, soup, pizza and beer!!! The staff are the friendliest, nicest, most amazing people! I absolutely love this place, my favourite since they opened in January 2019!
Our regular coffee cafe for work breaks and meetings. Staff are really friendly, prices are great and food is nice. The coffee is always excellent too and we can always find a seat.
A superb addition to Manchester. Welcoming Staff, Really chilled atmosphere and delicious food. The portions are very generous and the quality of the food second to none. Fundamentum will certainly be my new go to place for a quality lunch.
