This is my absolute favourite place to go for a coffee, sit down & chat. The staff are awesome, so friendly and hilarious. The food is delicious. They serve Java coffee, and will always make it exactly how you like it. I am obsessed with their pancakes and scones. They do an excellent breakfast, I'd definitely recommend checking that out! They're currently offering take-away/collection/delivery only.
DO NOT order using just eat. I placed my order and it was due for delivery at 1.50pm I called the restaurant when it didn't arrive at 2pm. They advised me it was being done now. They had not even checked their just eat deliveries. Their response was 'we're busy'. Busy I understand, they didn't even check the orders!! It took 1hour 20 minutes to recieve my food. I was advised to cancel my order with just eat if I wasn't happy , but if I did I would only get 50% of my money back. which wasent mentioned by the cafe. Total lack of ownership. The food was fine but the service put me off giving my business again.
Good food, good prices. Large portions. Perfect if you need something to fill you up
Ordered through just eat app at 12.25 , delivery was supposed to be at 13.40 which I thought was a big long but was willing to wait . At 13.55 I called the restaurant who said order was with the driver . At 2.15 still no food so asked just eat to cancel the order and they are only willing to refund 50% which is ridiculous. Driver showed up at 2.30 and I just refused the order . So either order directly from them and avoid just eat or maybe they need to figure out how to use just eat
Had some lunch here today and it was amazing. Nicest french toast I ever had. Belgian waffle was lovely too. Staff were very friendly and the cafe was spotless and quite stylish. Would definitely eat here again if I'm in the area.
I like this cafe, but unfortunately Belgium waffles with fresh fruit and cream I did not enjoy. I would recommend to full stop cafe shef to find a better recipe for waffles.... Because what I had was very disappointing, it was more like very dense bread pudding that was left standing uncovered for a week, and it was sent without cream.
Always superior customer service here, great coffee and lovely food!! Such a friendly atmosphere, too. I cannot recommend this place enough if you're passing through or looking for somewhere new to try!
Excellent food tea was very nice in a big mug an all staff so friendly love going there with my mother on out trip out shopping
I ordered my club sandwich had to wait a little while while I drank a lovely hot moacha it arrived with some crisps well worth the wait and very reasonably priced Defoe I will be back highly recommended
