This is my first garden centre to explore and I've bought few plants from this place. During lock down when garden centre was allowed to be open, I came here looking for plants. Its great to come and have a look around and source of some exotic plants for my collection. I always find the staff very friendly. If you want to sit and relax they have their own in-house cafe.
Nice garden centre, loads of seats in the coffee shop. Indoor and outdoor seating available, no wifi, no toilet. Really nice and cosy, and a great place to have a walk through or have breakfast or a coffee.
Just wanted to say a big Thank You to Valeria and all the team of the Palace Gardener for the warm and welcoming patience in ordering a lemon tree to accomodate my wish of buying a small one at the end of summer /beginning of autumn. Valeria's dedication to her work and all the people that come to visit the garden centre is unique and makes the space so welcoming and special where everyone is attended in their needs and questions around gardening. I would definitely recommend a visit, if you are passing near Putney Bridge, just pop in! Thank you so much Valeria
Beautiful garden centre with friendly staff and loads of quirky little items! The soap from Kew Gardens is really great and I think pretty much everything is moderately priced. I like that they have a reduced section for plants that need some TLC - I’ve rehomed quite a few from here and they’re really happy!
Very poor and expensive service. Avoid if you can! Someone came to see my garden at the beginning of August charging £108, she then disappeared for over a month despite my several phone calls/emails to chase. The project was then passed on someone else apparently - who had not seen my garden, knew nothing about the conversations taken place in terms of plants etc... and wanting to take it forward for a substantial amount which is in their T&Cs but without having a clue of what she was talking about, literally forwarding 5 generic bullet points as the result of the £108 visit with the unavailable garden designer who had come for the visit 5 weeks before. Customer service is the least of their priorities, be prepared to wait a long time, spend lots of money and after escalation and having wasted 2 months on your garden project like in my case!!! to receive a polite email from the Manager saying that is exactly how they operate and it is your problem if you get frustrated...
Lovely garden centre with indoor and outdoor plants. A great selection of pots too. The atmosphere inside is so welcoming and relaxing.
Nice nursery selling everything gardening with nice coffee shop inside. There are enough variety of plant but they are not as cheap as those outlet outside the centre. Friendly and attentive services. It’s a good place to visit even not wanting to buy anything in particular.
Not sure the name of who helped me, but she was lovely. Really kind and patient with my indecisiveness and questions. She even showed me how to repot the plant I got because the pot I wanted was too big. I love my new plant! I will definitely be back.
We have ordered the last two Christmas trees delivered to our house from here, but this year we decided to get some of our decoration from here as well. But I couldn’t believe how incredibly nice and help the staff were. I love the atmosphere and the coffee shop just gives it an edge. The staff are very knowledgeable and warm. Great variety and a fantastic atmosphere. Couldn't recommend it more.
