Went here today, ordered a large 'Berry Good juice with double fruit and lime. The juice was cold and refreshing, however I couldn't taste much fruit especially as it was apparently double fruit. Nice size cup, would go here again I guess. More a 3.5 star rating but Google doesn't allow this
Can not fault the place. I go once or twice a week for a little indulgence before my shift and always get the banana bang. Staff have always been accommodating when I ask for a little less ice as I don’t want the thicker consistency and a little extra honey. Was the manager and a young lad in today and where happy to serve even though was close to closing time. Keep up the good work and see you all next week.
I just visited the store in Manchester, and we bought 4 different juices, one of them had bad or fermented orange or passion fruit. We asked one of the girls to change it because the taste was horrible and she tried it and said that It was fine, we told her that it wasn't fine... and we tried to talk for approximately 15 minutes and she was super rude and told us that she didn't care about bad complaints that she didn't care because she was the manager and she wasn't going to change the juice. It was the most unprofessional costumer service.
Staff here are very rude. Especially the female with the lip piercing. There is one around the corner called “smoothielicious”. The staff are much friendlier and the smoothies are top notchFood: 1/5
I bought a couple of juices for me and my grandchild . I wasn’t happy with the taste and they refused to change it . They were very rude also I heard one of them swearing under her breath especially the girl with the lip piercing. I advise to stay clear from this place . Terrible !!!!Food: 1/5
The girl with the lip piercings on her lips has got real attitude. Asked me for from smaller change I said no problem. And then gave me a load of 50 ps. I asked her if could give her the 50 ps plus’s extra to give me a 10 pound back and she refused. She had like a slapped bum before we even engaged. Also you just replied saying I photographed a young female without consent. I was videoing the staff and the altercation for my own protection. Photography is not a crime. And she looked like a man so I didn’t even realise it was a girl. Also your cctv records my 3 year old boy and 1 year old girl when I bought a smoothie last time so shall I report you to security???
Tried here for the first time today and it’s definitely 5 stars from me. Service was brilliant, I ordered a Strawberry Dream highly recommend which was super refreshing and flavoursome. Will be coming back here next time I’m in Manchester for sure.
Just before the shop closed, I went to get some drinks with my friends, we've got 2 raspberry crush, 1 tropical crush and mine was passion crush. Everything was ok but the passion crush tasted a bit fermented. I kindly asked her to swap it but the manager of the shop tried it herself and argued with me and denied to swap it, very rude. I left the drink on the counter as I don't want to get poison. Very unprofessional customer service. I work in picadelly gardens and I won't recommend this place because the manager was very rude and unprofessional.
Always come here and get drinks for myself and my niece. She is 3 and absolutely adores them. The staff are always so accommodating to what she wants and the drinks are always so tasty and fresh. Can’t recommend a better place to visit when in Manchester
Hi. My boyfriend has come back after an altercation with the the staff there. He filed his complaint and the manager responded saying he recorded a young woman lol. First of all he can record who he wants as he was doing so for his own protection. He pulled out his phone to record the altercation with the staff. There is no law on recording in public. Also your cameras record our children without our consent. So you stating it like that is just weird. We have spoken to the police and there is no law on recording anybody in public . We have also seen how many 1 star reviews you have received about your rude staff so maybe this is a wake up call.
