The juice was fine, but the customer service could use improvement—it was mostly slow. Despite having three staff members at the juice bar and not being busy, the service was still slow.
Perfect pick me up to start the day before taking on all the shops in the Arndale! The lady who served us was very friendly and polite, and it was good to see so much fresh fruit and produce going into the smoothies
so i was stood outside of boost, recognisable chain popular place right? looked at the menu and for once i decided £6 for a smoothie is just too much right now plus the line was long….i remembered about Fruteiro and decided to come upstairs and give it a chance. told the girl serving me about how i just left boost to come here for the first time and she was so lovely amazing service genuinely. i got the chocolate nut smoothie and it is absolutely amazing. for £4.50 the value, taste and freshness was off the charts. will definitely come here for my smoothies and acai bowls from now on because their menu is also 10 times bigger than any other place.
Fruteiro is definitely the best acai place in the UK. The acai is 100% perfect in consistency and flavour brilliant choice of toppings. Amazing customer service
Worst açai bowl ever. It took them ages to prepare it and the taste was more than underwhelming. There were a lot frozen bits that were not well blended. Other thing was that the actual açai blend could not fill the little plastic cup even to the middle. The amount was a joke, it was mostly filled up by banana pieces and a couple of strawberries. The smoothie tasted no better as well. No enthusiasm in the staff preparing the food. Quite a disappointing experience overall…
"I don’t know if that place has management. ? I went to buy juice this morning, and a girl on the shop floor was wearing a jacket/ cot one shift with a blue hoodie and covered herself. That is shocking. The jacket is light blue in color. Where is customer service and the company standards?"
Good size and loads of acai and granola. I was able to customise my bowl and swap banana for strawberries. Overall staff we’re very helpful as we were able to try before buying and the girl was lovely!! Great service!!
I tried ice-cream, very nice taste and sizing. The service was a bit slow but worth the wait. Recommended!

Everything is freshly prepared and made at Fruteiro do Brasil and it has lovely employees working there! Sabah in particular was very helpful and polite when taking my order and the whole atmosphere in general was very lovely! I would highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be returning!
