Freemans Pharmacy

Slow service whilst they chat. Went yesterday closed just before 12 so having to go for my perscription 3 times now as they didn't have it all the first time. Always been very slow in doing prescriptions even though they seem to have plenty of staff.

This chemist is right next to two doctors surgeries, please if you have a life and don't want to watch the 5 staff catch up. I walked in second to a lady trying out every type of nit lotion, I waited 20 minutes to get halve my prescription. They have a prominent notice warning of behaviour to staff I can see why.

Always found them to be friendly and helpful. Requested a prescription through the online service from the GP and was able to collect it the same day from the pharmacy, during the COVID19 pandemic.

As a fellow healthcare professional, I’m shocked that I’m still waiting for the phone to be answered after 20 minutes! Poor, wouldn’t recommend!

I have used this chemist a few times they always have my items in stock although the staff are very busy I find them to be very polite and helpful I would recommend this place to any one
