Excellent and professional service from all the staff. Have been using these guys for years now and always get greeted by name and with a smile. Thanks for your great and ettentive service during these unpredictable and difficult times.
The most disorganised team! The miscommunication is unbelievable. Have been waiting for prescribed compression stockings for over a week? First the young lady who looks at you strangely confirms that the order had been placed and should arrived in 3 days, came back after 3 days to find out the order was never placed!! The order was then placed over the phone at the time and I was told it would arrive in the next 3 days, left my phone number to get a call once this arrives! Never got a phone a call? So I rang, to again have this unprofessional young lady on the phone who was speaking to another costumer at the same time and left me waiting for 10 minutes! Someone else then answered the phone and I was told to pop back the next day Saturday they would have a delivery arriving! Saturday afternoon I walk in there to then find out they never get deliveries on a Saturday! I am astonished with this service!! Maybe some management and communication training or regular team meetings, would be great?? To at least improve the miscommunication and unprofessionalism, which is a very important thing when working with costumers who have medical conditions. End of the story, still no stockings and my partner who has to work 50 hours a week with severe varicose veins is left struggling! Well done!
My 18 year old daughter who is a full time student had tonsillitis and couldn’t get into our gp. Our gp receptionist asked if we had her registered at a chemist for minor ailments. We did-this pharmacy-she called and told them her symptoms and went and picked up the treatment. She was charged for it as the chemist claimed it isn’t a minor ailment. That’s fine with us anyway as we just wanted her throat better. Turns out he had sold her ORAL THRUSH GEL for TONSILLITIS. She finally got into the dr today a good week later and they confirmed it was tonsillitis, which we had known all along as she’s had it before. Our gp was puzzled as to why they sold her oral thrush treatment for tonsillitis, as are we. We got her new prescription to this chemist. When we went to pick it up we explained the above, they did apologise and explained about oral thrush and tonsillitis not being a minor ailment. Hence why she was charged. The chemist said the prescription for antibiotics hadn’t been sent yet so we left our number and went home. We called the gp to check they had the right pharmacy-which they did and said it had been sent over over an hour ago and to tell them to refresh the system. Called back the pharmacy letting them know this. The lady who took my call was rude when I started explaining about refreshing the system she cut me off and said IT HAS JUST COME THROUGH. My daughters in a lot of pain as her tonsillitis was left untreated due to their pharmacists incompetence yet they want to be unhelpful and rude today. Absolutely 0 customer service skills not everyone in the area are methadone addicts.
All staff here excellent. I use the pharmacy every day so I know especially Zaki, always welcoming and helpful. Never had any problems with service.
We was waiting for my 1 year olds prescription due to be delivered no later than 12:30pm as it was urgent, it came after 8pm! On the bag it came in it stated urgent on a black sticker and red writing! My son had to go all day without his new prescription causing him a lot of discomfort!
Avoid at all costs. Extortionate prices. Staff will always try and sell you the most expensive products. Everything is literally double the price of mainstream retailers.
Always amazing service, makes our lives easier while looking after our elderly parents.
Went in for some over the counter med for a baby . They seem to have a well trained friendly staff and good at gaven advice.
Great customer service very helpful
