If I could leave zero stars I would! Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, every time I go to pick up my medication these is always an issue. It is vital I have my medication on time and I constantly have to call my doctors to complain as they are always 5+ days late when the app says available to pick up. I have now got in the habit of calling up in advance to check it’s there and when I arrive they always blame my GP. Absolutely shocking.

Star Pharmacy in Leeds is outstanding! All the team and yes I mean all!! go to the ends of the earth and well above and beyond to help you. I have had them delivering my many prescriptions for around seven years and never once had an issue. Many times I have had multiple problems with my GP and with doctors prescribing in hospital abs these guys have been the only ones to give me true faith in the NHS, as others have let me down drastically. They ask about how I’m getting on when I have been in surgery and boy has that been a lot, so many times and yet every time they ask about how I am doing and how my family are without fail. These people are a family run business, with friends helping too when needed, and yet I never ever feel like a number, they make me feel like Katy and they enable me to not have to think or panic about pills and if I am running out, as they take all the stress out of it. My previous pharmacy used to always owe me pills and told me there were no delivery systems for them and more importantly for me at a time where I needed help desperately, but they didn’t want to know and this is despite having used them for over thirty years and having had many major operations to remove one hip whilst the other was completely dislocated. The old pharmacy is a well known group and I deserved better and more as I had been a loyal customer and trusted them as I thought they were there to help, this complete let down was all whilst delivering medication to the lady across the road, which didn’t sit well with me and a good friend of mine kind of gave me Star Pharmacy as a gift when I was at my weakest and they’ve done all they possibly can do and more besides. They are exceptionally hard working, they are most caring and not to butter you up, but more because you become a Star Pharmacy family member. They are friendly and professional and never let me down. Not only do I feel honoured to be one of their customers, but I feel more honoured to be treated so well, as though I am a part of their family.

Absolutely outstanding chemist! I have been using this chemist for 1 month! I didn't have time to pick a prescription up, and they delivered it to my door the same day! Very lovely staff and always happy to help!

Thanks for reducing your hours so those working are completely unable to pick up prescriptions..... TOP STUFF!!!!

Hi, just thought I’d leave a review for the nice help I got from these pharmacists today. I went into the pharmacy severely distressed and anxious, as my prescription was delayed and I had been off of it for a few days, I was worried about what was happening to my body. The nice gentlemen at the pharmacy reassured me that I would get my prescription through, and mohammed also gave me some water and helped calm me down. I just wan to say thank you for helping and understanding, as well as making me feel better :

Without a doubt the best pharmacy in Leeds, Really polite, helpful, friendly & professional staff. They try thier best to source items that are out of stock/difficult to obtain elsewhere. Late opening hours, free delivery service & offer flu vaccinations too. I can highly recommend them. The best part is they are open every day of the year.

We as a family have been using Star Pharmacy for a few years now and they have always give 5* service. Any issues that we have had in regards to meds of the docs, Star Pharmacy go above and beyond and have always rectified the problem within hours no matter what time of day it is. They are highly recommended for their service

Honestly, the best pharmacy I have ever used. I had a load of problems getting my repeat prescriptions transferred from the GPs to the pharmacists when I first got here, and they were amazing! Made sure I had everything that I needed, called the GPs, told me everything that I needed to do to get it sorted. These guys are so helpful and just generally caring as it was a really stressful experience. They also open till really late at night - often later than chain pharmacies. Recommend to everyone! One of the most outstanding pharmacies i’ve come across & used. Staff here are so kind and welcoming. This pharmacy has practically everything. All of my prescriptions are done here and have never had an issue, will be using them for as long as I possibly can . Thank you to all NHS staff .
