I honestly can’t praise Debbie and Aaron enough for their work. It is so refreshing these days to find a business that genuinely cares for people – both their landlords and tenants. 
They have looked after me in every possible way – not only by being extremely efficient, very quick in replying to any communications and answering questions, but they have recently also helped with dealing with my solicitors for my mortgage switch, when they asked for details which I had no knowledge of. This was something that really touched me, as it was outside their remit – but because they care, they didn’t hesitate to help.
The bottom line is that I feel protected, safe and valued in the hands of Debbie and Aaron, and I would recommend them to anyone in Newport’s rental market.

I would highly recommend Freelancer Letting and Sales, whether your a tenant or a landlord having Aaron and Debbie to help you makes things much easier. 

We had an issue that would be resonable to expect to have rectified in 3-4 days however Freelance letting and sales had it sorted in less than 24 hours!!

If you are looking to rent a place in Newport there should be no other place you go. They are the kindest, most warm welcoming and friendly people. I have been amazed at how helpful they have been at every single stage of renting. I can not say how grateful I am to Debbie and Aaron who have been fantastic beyond words. A real personal touch. refreshing to deal with a letting agent that believes in honest feedback. Excellent screening of potential tenants and no false promises. Having dealt with letting agents regularly over the last 8 years, the service that these guys offer beats other agents that we have dealt with. Already instructed them for another property and would definitely recommend them to others

What can I say. These guys work so hard to provide the most amazing service, nothing is too much trouble and they're always there when I need them - even out of hours. Their fees are considerably lower than their competitors and yet they are miles ahead in every way. 

I've tried numerous agents in Newport but am very grateful for the recommendation that put me onto Freelancer. I'll use them exclusively now to manage my portfolio and will continue recommending them to fellow landlords.
