A.J.Reid are a friendly professional estate agency. They sold our house stc the same day that it went live. All was well until we had severe management company problems which persisted for two months. Ultimately when the sale was about to fall through John made people see sense and contract exchange was achieved within a couple of weeks. I praise highly John and the team - many thanks to you all !
I was the purchaser of a property listed by AJ Reid and I have to say that after some bad experiences with estate agents over the years the team at AJ Reid have restored my faith in genuine local, expert and friendly estate agents. I would not hesitate to recommend and use them myself. Professional and on the ball they helped with my property sale too when my estate agent was useless. Lisa in particular deserves a mention, she always answered queries quickly, always took phone calls or called back promptly. I seriously could not fault them! A Brilliant Team... I'd not moved house for nearly 30 years, so wanted to make sure I got a supportive, effective and motivated estate agent to sell my property.... The team at AJ Reid really made every stage as easy as possible and were at the center of the whole process from beginning to end. Their attention to detail; ability to track the many different things that were happening and that needed to happen 'next'; availability to answer questions and their focus on keeping everything moving along was really useful and very reassuring. I highly recommend this friendly and hard working group of people.
If I could give multiples of 5 stars I would! The service provided by AJ Reid Estate Agents throughout the whole process of selling my property was exemplary in every aspect. It's frankly hard to pick out particular best aspects of their service as every level was so professionally undertaken. However, if pressed to single out one element it would be communication skills. At all stages I felt listened to, informed, kept up to date; everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much trouble. More than that though, there was a fundamentally human approach based on empathy, kindness and a recognition that this is not just about selling houses, it's about people's lives and stories; their memories and their futures. With special thanks to John, who nurtured the whole process forwards with calm, clarity, commitment and consideration. I always came off the phone feeling reassured. Thank you to the whole team - I felt in very safe hands throughout.
