Reading the review it seems that it is a bit hit and miss with this place. For me it was a hit. Good Vegetarian Salad, friendly funky service.
The best burrito in Liverpool Street. A great selection of fillings and generous portion sizes. The team are always up for a chat, down to earth and really friendly. Always a highlight of my lunch outings. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
Have eaten here well over a dozen times, always had a great experience. Unlike most people commenting here I seem to have been lucky enough to get friendly service, good portions and consistently good food. Would have been 5* if they had a more generous loyalty card.
The original London burrito, and still one of the best. Generous portion size, flavoursome and served up quickly and efficiently. Better than Tortilla! Try the beef one.
Below average experience. Flavour was dead and the rice wasn't even cooked properly. Definitely save your money and head to Patty and Bun next door. DO NOT RECCOMEND!
Unfortunately have to agree with most people here... The customer service is so bad that you just want to throw the burrito straight into their face - like the 2 ladies who worked today. Freebird's employees just seems to hate their jobs, their co-workers and customers to no end. Not a pleasant experience. Not worth it
