Fantastic authentic food, quick friendly service and reasonably priced. The portion sizes are fantastic and the kebabs include cold meze, followed up with Turkish coffee, baklava and Turkish delight. Delicious

Fantastic Food and service . 1st floor, Outdoor seating area is a great addition. Would be even greater ,if they considered shisha.
Ordered the adana with mixed rice and cous cous, comes with salad, Turkish bread and a vary of sauces. Everything was delicious the meat was nice and juicy, everything was well seasoned. Kindly gave us baklava at the end of our meal.
So yesterday my other half got me a soup but why would they not wrap it in cling film??? so by the time he got home, there was no soup left and it's everywhere over his kebab ,in the bag. not happy ! if your gonna sale soup as a take away you should definitely rethink you packaging
Although it is a good restaurant it suffers from bad customer service. I went today and ordered the mixed doner but the lamb doner tasted and smelt bad. Now to the waitress, she was rude from the get go as soon as I stepped foot into the place. Top top it off, at the end, she scolded me for asking her to bring me containers three times because I had misjudged how many I'd need. I was quite shocked that she'd day that to a paying customer. Please hire some nicer staff who know how to deal with customers and know what hospitality is. It's a shame because I like the food here but this puts me off coming back. Thanks,
On arrival the staff were very welcoming and gave little to no time for waiting for a table. The menu had really good selection of Turkish signiture dishes. From tasty starters to festive platers. I recommend the mix platters where you can get a taste of all the different meats they prepare. Also try the Turkish sausage which are very flavoursome. They always give a serving of Turkish tea with their super sweet desert absolutely free.
Came in for a quick meal and Turkish tea. Quick service. Had the mixed lamb and chicken doner with rice and the usual complementary salad. Out of rice pudding was making fresh set but was given complementary 3 sweet. Eat half before realizing I should take a photo. The bread was toasted. Separate male and female toilets. Soon to open Shiràna lounge bar, grill and shisha on the first floor.
We had a group booking. Clean environment. Lovely decoration without being excessive. Good quality food at a reasonable price. Great customer service, was approached by the Chef to check how our food was. Our dedicated waitress done an outstanding job on the night.
Terrible customer service and cold food. Lovely interior but awful experience. Ive been disappointed twice now and I don’t need to go a third time. Perhaps I could have been forgiving if their customer service was good, not often I review 1 star but I felt very unhappy and needed to be heard.
