Called in store today to look for a new sofa and was greatly impressed with the displays and even more impressed by the lady who tried to help us. Very helpful and informative, a credit to the business.
Very rude staff no help
Load of rubbish I was sold had to really persist to get other sofas salesman rude and belittles u yet just an employee not family member. Italian sofas falling apart badly fitted they came and tried to bash it together but it was faulty from new complained day delivered. Took months to have different sofas rude people I wish I'd got to trading standards now as if I put weight on end of sofa the tipped to the side.
