Where Fraserburgh Library stands out, is it's section of books dedicated to dictators and serial killers. Their book dedicated to Dennis Nilsen is quite something, but really it's only attraction is the locality of the serial killer. If you would like to see the house where he once lived, please get in touch, I can give you a tour. Many a time have I fallen into a deep trance (aided by some of the many psychoactive drugs on the market here in town), while reading about the escapades of Pol Pot. I was able to carve out my own little bit of Cambodia in the library. So entranced was I, that when a spectacled gentleman entered the institute, I still thought I was Pol Pot and stabbed him (genuinely intending to kill him) because he could have been smarter than me. There are many other times literature at the Fraserburgh Library has transported me to a different time and place, such as aiding Hitler in a swift invasion of Poland, but I'll let you experience your own for yourself.
