The staff there are really friendly and attentive, and there's a decent selection of books to choose from.

This is a wonderful, peaceful retreat right in the centre of town. A huge range of books, even on tapes and CDs, a great selection of CDs and DVDs. Computers with access to the web, local information, a range of tasty hot drinks and a friendly, helpful crew  who organise a range of classes. There's also a chairlift so no worries there - all this is free to the public apart from a small charge for CDS, DVDs, printouts - and why not! If you have research to do or need to assemble your CV or put together a weighty document or application, this is the place to come. It's also the only place in Inverurie where I've found enough of a range of train and bus timetables, a scarce resource! I hesitate to recommend it, however, because I enjoy having the first floor to myself!! Sadly there is no loo, but , of course, the well-maintained and monitored public loo is just across the road.
