Absolutely outstanding customer service from Fraser Hart Colchester. Both Russel and Samantha (the Store Manager) made it the perfect shopping experience! Very welcoming, polite, friendly and professional staff so pleased to have shopped with them and will return in future! Lovely store with fabulous staff.....!

Went in to the colchester store today to purchase a watch for my wife, i was promptly served by samantha the store manager and Tracy the assistsnt manager. I can not praise them enough for their patience and commitment to customer service. Will definatley be shipping here again.

After spending a considerable amount of money on a new engagement ring just before Christmas we were treated like royalty and promised that after Christmas the ring would be resized to fit and my wedding band to be polished to match. I returned today to the Colchester branch and was very disappointed by how I was treated by the staff, the assistant manager was rude and shooed me off to a sales assistant, who really didn't know what she was doing so a supervisor came to help and when I asked if I could have my wedding band polished as promised by the assistant manager before xmas she checked my receipt to see how much we paid before replying ' ok then' not the sort of service I expect after spending as much money as we did. I felt like I was a hindersnce to them and was very uncomfortable waiting for them to do the paperwork. I am happy with my engage today ring but now wish I had bought it from another shop. Will not be returning to by my husbands brietling watch for his 40th I will go elsewhere!
