Thank you to Carpet Right in Washington for being so,  well frankly, disdainful and unhelpful when I went in with my caravan carpet in need of replacing.  Because I then went to Frank's Carpets in Chester-le-Street and was served by Tom Maguire who gave me an excellent service, providing the carpet and fitting included at a reasonable price.  I know it was not a big order and he probably made very little on it, but I am planning to move house, and guess who I'll be going back to for the full house fit?  Well it won't be Carpet Right!

thank you to everyone who as taken the time to leave feed back on my store it helps me to always try harder were needed . but I must say if any of my customers feel they have the wrong flooring or more than they think they should or if it was not fitted correctly please report it to me at the store as I would replace or refit asap but if I don't know I cant do anything about it , many thanks

Excellent service. What a breath of fresh air it is to go into a store and actually feel welcome. Tom couldn't have been more helpful, didn't rush us but helped us find the perfect flooring. Would absolutely use them again, and highly recommend

Brilliant service been using Frank's for ages and never had a problem. Never had any problems with over ordering on any items.. Plesent experience with lots of happy banter from Tom the shop manager!! Would highly recommend!!
