Always a really nice place to go, food is served quickly, staff are attentive. Music can be too loud so if you are looking for somewhere to have a serious conversation this is not the place. Menu is varied lots on offer, I would check an online menu ahead of your visit so you know what you want to order, if it's really busy you don't get given a lot of time to browse.

Had a very positive experience here on a Sunday morning for breakfast/brunch. Really enjoyed the food and the team made us feel welcome. This was my first ever visit to a Frankie & Benny's and I would definitely return. Coffee was delicious.

Nice visit to a chain restaurant. Service was good and food came out quickly. We had a baby with us and they were most accomodating.

Poor service cold food, not for the first time either. Manager exceptionally rude lacks all customer service skills. This Frankie and Benny's has really gone downhill avoid at all costs. I definitely won't be giving them another chance, shame really as normally these outlets are good.

Love bfast here! Well executed and served. 
For other meals, the menu is diverse so everyone will find something they fancy.
