I know it’s a national brand but this place deserves the credit for the quality of staff as well as the food. We had a variety of meals (between 5 of us) and all of them was of quality, hot, fresh and sent out with good timing between each dish (credit to the chefs) and despite the restaurant being almost full. My daughters trio of burgers came with cheese when we asked for no cheese and this problem was rectified straight away. The staff was friendly, the offer on at the time was brilliant (40% off mains) and the overall experience was good, which is why I choose to do these reviews. Some people put the extra effort in and this deserves to be praised by both us (the customer) and management. I had the all American burger which comes with mac and cheese, I’ve never had this combination before but it was worth it. Please see the pics and be sure to like/follow this review

Ordered a starting platter as a main, came out as a starter so had to wait then for my other main to come out which by this point the platter was cold. Ordered spicy cheese and bacon fries and was half cooked with no spice at all, pizza came out rushed not cut at all and cold, being pregnant I am very fussy with my food and like to make sure it is cooked and piping not throughout. However the kitchen was under alot of pressure with their only being 2 staff members on, but still if I intend on spending 40 pound in a restaurant I expect the food to come out hot and together or at least on time. With this I told the manager I wasn't happy at all with the service I received and he sent his apologies and offered to pay our bill even though we didn't eat the food and had 3 Pepsi.

Went to Frankie and Benny's Newquay last night, 11/12 2017 for a quiet birthday meal. We were welcomed by a very nice young man, who waited on us, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was such a pleasure to be treated so well.Also I have to say ,my spaghetti meal was fabulous ,so flavoursome, the best meal I have enjoyed anywhere. The restaurant was clean and the décor pleasing. My Son and partner are regulars there, but it was my first time .I will certainly be going again! Gave 5 stars but only 4 has come up!

This is the best Frankie and Benny s I've been in so far.womderful views of the beach and beyond.lovely staff working here who are great fun. It's the best place to go with friends . Had a great time. Great food.would reccomened.

Love the place, always a pleasant happy place to be. Kid friendly, staff was always there to help. Always had a smile on there faces. Food is spot On! No fault at all.
