Honestly, my hopes weren't high - we hadn't been to a Frankie & Benny's for a decade or more, thinking the world had moved on - however it was my youngest son's choice. The staff were great - a seriously good understanding of the needs of a child with autism. The food was served incredibly speedily, and was surprisingly good. Four mains, four drinks, one garlic bread to share, one fries and one dessert = £90 including tip. I'd recommend booking to avoid disappointment. Note: the website will offer you 'free garlic bread' if you provide your details. However the limitations and reason why you don't qualify for free garlic bread are hidden in the 9,000 word T&C's, which in turn are hidden behind a link in the footer of the email. So don't expect free garlic bread if your reservation is on the same day that you received the email. Parking: As it's next to a football stadium, you may want to check the fixture list before booking. Kid-friendliness: LOTS of children
Went for a birthday meal with family, having not been for a few years. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty. The choice for veggies was, like other places now, a bit small, but what there was was very niceFood: 5/5

We went on a Saturday lunchtime and the place was fairly quiet so we were served quicky and the food didn't take long. We was a Party of 10 and decided to go for 3 x the Brooklyn bundles. For £29.95 per bundle. This consisted of a giant pizza , a generous amount of pasta , 2 portion of chips and 4 fizzy drinks. This was value for money . The waitress that served us was brilliant and really helpful. The pizza was the star of the show.
Had a lovely date night! Alex was incredibly welcoming and made the experience very enjoyable, fabulous customer service! Food was stunning and arrived very quick! Would highly recommend to others, will definitely be back for future date nights!
No wonder most of the Frankie and Benny's in England closed down. The food is still terrible, literally just a microwave Job. Calzone was as bad as I remember. Service was extremely poor. Thank god there's none of these places by mine anymore and at this rate I doubt this place will last long.Food: 1/5
We were incredibly pleased with our recent visit to your Pride Park branch. The staff were lovely and friendly, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We had a lovely date night and will definitely be returning with our family.Food: 5/5
Too so long to order and drinks took half a hour to arrive from walking in. Another really long wait for food. Food was ok but lost the will to live after a point. What was supposed to be a quick tea ended up being more than 2hrs and we gave up on the idea of 2nd drinks and dessert. Poor waitress tried her absolute best but she was on her own! I think I've been to one before some years ago but will definitely be my last.
Great place for food and drinks especially on match days. Visited here today for a children's birthday party. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Service is quick in a clean, tidy and well run establishment. Parking is free up to 2 hours but remember to register your car inside for an extra 2 hours
Great staff served us. Being next to Pride Park Stadium on a game day meant it was quite busy/ noisy. Food was good and ice cream perfect!Food: 4/5
