I have been to this salon a few times now and every time I have been really pleased with my experience. The staff are all really friendly and they make you feel so welcome, they always offer me a hot drink which is a nice touch. Gabby has coloured my hair multiple times, she always makes me feel so comfortable and I have been blown away with my hair each time! I always receive lots of compliments after having my hair done here. I also really appreciate the simple to use online booking system I would definitely recommend this salon:
I've been here twice this year, for half head foils. It's pricey but it's worth it. I can tell the difference. The stylists get right to the roots, foils are generously close to one another, very natural looking, and time is always taken time beforehand to discuss what you want. They understand what works best for my hair in terms of colour and distribution. All the team are very pleasant, and it is a lovely experience.
Lovely salon. Make you feel really pampered and welcome. However I've just had the worst hair cut of my life. I only wanted a trim around the back and sides but with the side length longer and narrower. I got them almost cut off completely and one side longer than the other. Despite saying several times I did not want my naturally wavy hair blow dried, I got it blow dried straight and had to walk out and wash it again at home. Won't be back. I need my hairdresser to listen to me.

My first appointment at Francesco's with Emily for a wash and cut and was great. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff on a busy Saturday afternoon. Emily was attentive and listened to my requests and the result was brilliant! Will be returning

Love my visits to this salon. Staff are so welcoming and very talented and professional. The atmosphere is so relaxing and attention to detail with every customer is second to none. From the moment you walk in your every need is met with drinks, magazines, consultations with your colourist and stylist, even before work begins on your hair. Always happy with my hair and the lovely colour is commented on regularly. A big thank-you to Lisa, Galina and all the team!
