Very professional service and they helped get us our dream family home. Emma was fantastic and dealt with all our questions and any issues quickly. We wouldn't of got our new home without her and the team at FoyWilliams. We would highly recommend using this company.
Terrible agency, only care about the landlord and not the tenant, happy to take food out of children's mouths aslong as they get their money. Also do not trust their staff, they are devious and deceitful in order to get whatever they want out of you... I am still in an ongoing issue with them even after leaving a property and have concerns over how they use and treat your personal information... Ive already threatened to report them to the ICO if they do not respond to my valid concerns.

Phoned numerous times to book a viewing on a property I am interested in buying . In the end I emailed I had a reply saying they had trouble with there phones so if i email which property I was interested in they would get back to me. Still haven't had a response. Finally had a response after calling . The hours they offer to view a property are not flexible for working family's. Lady was rude on the phone would not recommended selling or buying a house from them
Not sure how Foy Williams guarantees best prices to sellers when prospective buyers aren't given the opportunity to make an offer after viewing a property!
I recently rented a property through this company, very helpful and friendly service was provided. I’ve had no issues when using them and would recommend these to others
USELESS !!! AVOID !!! constant head ache, very quick too take my money as a tennant, all ways clueless when you call them, promise call backs and never do, very disorganized, when i gave notice, turned up announced a few days later and let themselves in to give viewings, slow to pay back bond, constantly messed about on appointments too give keys and do final walk through, when i finally got some one there too do hand over turned up with inventory for flat upstairs, did not know where meters where so had too disturb the landlord too come show where meters where, then nearly a year later i get a council tax demand for a month i wasnt even in the property have contacted them twice in the last two day to sort and still no resolve
if and when you do manage to get through on the phone to this company, they are of little help, Am still waiting for receipts for the charges they made for their fee's in finding tenants, and setting up contracts.
