Enquired about a property for sale they are currently advertising on Holland Street for 175k. Was told by the negotiator that the owners of the property wanted any prospective purchasers to use their mortgage provider - clearly just a tactic to generate a referral fee. Pretty poor imposing conditions on prospective buyers. I would avoid if possible.

Enquired about a property for rent and was spoken to very poorly. I believe her name was Brenda at the Ebbw Vale branch. When asking about the prosses after explaining my situation she patronisingly asked 'and how old are you'. She described the property as very small and basic, which she ended her comments with 'which is perfect for someone like you' whatever that means. She said she would call back but never bothered. This lady needs training in customer service as her attitude was disgraceful and her tone of voice was like she couldn't be bothered. Spoke to a friend today who also encountered poor customer service when enquiring about a house for sale. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you want to feel belittled.

We have recently sold a house with Bidmead Cook and Fry-Thomas, Ebbw Vale. Jeanne Fry-Thomas was extremely helpful and professional. She really went the extra mile to help us and our elderly relative sell the house. She was constantly reliable,approachable and friendly, and very sensitive to our elderly relatives needs and wishes. Best estate agent experience we have ever had. We would highly recommend this branch Dr Sasha Robinson

I've known Jeanne and Brenda for a good many years and their service as a company is second to none. They have assisted in tenant finds and management of several of my properties and I can honestly say that no other company compares to them. Whenever there is an issue with repairs, I've been informed immediately and they have been dealt with in a professional and very efficient manner.  If anyone asked me to recommend an agent - for lettings or sales - the Bidmead Cook Team in Ebbw Vale would be my first choice. 5/5!

Would Highly recommend Bidmead & Cook for the sale of your property. They were very Professional and courteous. Communication was very good throughout, with Jeanne and Gill informing me throughout the selling process, keeping me unto date with all the prospective buyers that viewed the property great when you live in Spain. Any questioned were promptly answered, unlike the company i went with first purple Bricks who were very unprofessional, priced the property to high, took bad photos and were very hard to get hold of when viewers wanted to view property. My advice would be to stick with your local estate agent Bidmead & Cook  who know the market in the area, and are dedicated to selling your house for you. Five Stars all round.

Bidmead Cook have always found a new tenant for my property very quickly and the property has never been standing empty.  I am very impressed with their service to me as a landlady and this time around in finding me a tenant in Ebbw Vale has been no exception.  Brenda as always has been a delight to communicate with and she looks after everything very efficiently.  As a landlady I know that I can trust them to do a good job.

We recently used Bidmead Cook and Fry-Thomas to sell our house and were thrilled with the professional service we received throughout every stage of the process. Highly recommend Jeanne and her staff and would not hesitate to use their services again.
