Great service! Connie and the rest of the team seemed to be really helpful and were always on hand to answer questions. Even details like being able to chat via text during work hours, made all the difference and sped the process up.The team seems really keen to help us get the best deal we could, and moved really quickly to get us what we wanted. First off, I'd like to say that we've had mixed experiences with Foxtons agents before. 
This time we've had the pleasure of dealing with Connie Haddon who, unlike a lot of real estate agents we've had to deal with over the years, actually listens to every one of your requirements and never ever bothers you with properties that don't suit your needs or fit your price range. She's incredibly professional and answers all your questions with fantastic diligence. She's always friendly and quick with her replies. I highly recommend this branch of Foxtons and wish them a lot of success.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF. I would leave 0 stars if I could. They messed up our rent because they can't do simple addition or any kind of mathematics. They were unhelpful. They charged us for things that were never delivered. If you don't like being scammed and enjoy living a happy peaceful life, avoid foxtons at all costs. Especially the Blackheath branch.

Not the best experience looking as potential tenants. The agent was quite snobbish and asked us if we have the money ready as first thing. Then she stopped listening us after "2 bedrooms..." , gave us an appointment after few days to show totally unsuitable apartments.

My experience with Sergiu Gota, sales negotiator from Foxtons Blackheath, when trying to buy a property in SE13 was not good and I wouldn't recommend him. He was pleasant to deal with at the start, but he didn't have the required knowledge to sell a leasehold property (we had to explain to him what a section 20 was) and gave us false answers that we took at face value but were later proved to be untrue. If we had gone ahead and bought the property we would have been hit with a hefty repairs bill right from the start that could have made our lives hell. 
At the point we found out about these repairs his attitude changed completely and he started to put unnecessary pressure on us whilst still being completely cagey about the status of the property. I am sorry to say I wouldn't trust him again and would not want to deal with him again in the future.
