My Mum moved into Four Ways in February this year. Up until October 2022 she had lived on hernown and was very independent. After several falls, repeated UTI’s and failing eyesight, she needednfull time care as she wasn’t safe to be alone and her home care wasn’t enough. My Gran livednhappily at The Sycamore in the 1990’s and WCS was my first thought. I contacted Josephine who innrecord time got Mum admitted and it was such a relief to know she was safe. All the staff are sonwelcoming and friendly not only to Mum but to me as well. We can all half a laugh and a joke andnmy mum has returned to her old self in what feels like a homely and family environment.
Welcoming and caring staff who couldn’t do enough for my nan. Clean and always tidy. The social room was always with staff and residents who seemed content and entertained. The café area for visitors etc always clean and stocked up with a different cake each day. Was nice to sit there with my nan before she got really poorly.nResidents seemed to be attended to straight away when they buzzed or their alarms went off. Over all a good run home with lovely staff.
Wonderful staff who have a caring, loving, respectful and friendly approach to all residents. Really homely and cosey with a lovely little ‘cafe’ and hairdressers. The food is lovely and the daily activities great to keep the residents involved and active. Can not recommend highly enough, just wonderful people who treated my nan with such kindness. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done.
Absolutely a fantastic care home staff lovely and kind hearted very trustworthy always willing to help residents would definitely recommend
My mother is a resident there and the staff all seem really kind and hardworking in what is a very challenging place for people with Dementia.
