I spoke with Ryan to resolve an issue with my laptop. Being totally clueless about tech matters, he was able to guide me with ease as to the steps that needed to be taken to fix the issue. He was amazing, friendly, clear with his guidance and instructions and simply ever so helpful. Highly recommend. Thank You Ryan very much.

I have no hesitation in recommending Four Oaks Computer Centre for all your Windows/PC/Apple requirements.  Matthew & Ryan overcame copious issues in order replace a MacBook screen. They wiped & reinstalled OSX for free of charge as the software was corrupt.  Matthew worked a late evening and took the MacBook home for collection on a Saturday morning, this meant that my daughter had the device for her studies the following week.  An absolute first class service from a team of top professionals...

I have used Four Oaks Computers now for coming up to a year. I regularly have one issue or another with my work laptops/computers/monitors/phones, unfortunately I’m quite useless with tech and quite clumsy!! But Matt is always so helpful, I’d be lost without his technological wizardry! He always explains any issues thoroughly in laments terms for me! and if ever there’s any assistance I need he is always happy to help and has done off his own back more than once now free of charge. Really great customer service, quick turn around and just generally would recommend to anyone! Fantastic company with fantastic staff. Thank you once again!

I would totally recommend Four Oaks Computer Centre.  I was having multiple problems with my lap top and the staff were very patient and took time to explore my difficulties.  I left my lap top with them and later in the day they called to say I could pick it up.  They explained what they had done and made the computer far simpler to use than previously.  All done at a very reasonable price.  Thank you.

Repair recently carried out on iMac computer.  Staff were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and kept me informed of progress on repair on a regular basis.  Price for repair was very reasonable and the service provided overall was excellent.  Would highly recommend.

Excellent service- I had my laptop back the same day, and were very patient explaining the new email formats to me . When the history of my emails weren’t  displaying after the weekend they remotely sorted it all out and put shortcuts for me to use . Very efficient and reliable service . Have used these guys for years and they are great .

They came recommended by my friend. Got the screen replaced on my MacBook- I was given lots of options and opted to use a refurbed screen. It was all done in a few hours and works perfectly since. Great Price. They even called a couple of days later to check all was still Ok. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for computer repairs. Brilliant
