Just popped in after a visit to Acton Park.. Great to see a pub with great title and dog friendly too and friendly even watered our greyhound down ... beer garden aswell absolutely lovely
Working away down here and this is just what you want while away, a decent pub and a decent pint.
Bigger than it looks this place, pool table and darts with a bit of wxm history to go with it.
Treat the staff like rubbish and break the law by having staff drink
Don't recommend all bully's horrible nasty people
The managment changes tomorrow 28th Feb. Nigel was a good licensee however his wife Jude was not to be trusted. She had a nasty streak and thought she ruled the pub. Forget a late drink, at 11.20pm everything closed down and you where out. Looking forward to the new management tomorrow.
Great pub but the new landlady is a vile creature and her attitude stinks. Apparently she has barred over 20 people in the first week of being there. I won’t be going back there until they have done one
Friendly atmosphere. Bar staff are genuin, polite and make you feel at ease.
A great community pub with a good selection of beers spirits and wines and bar snacks too. The staff were really friendly and they had great music on too.
