Always will be and is my local pub run by a lovely and fantastic landlady and has great loyal staff and great regular drinkers and friends and a great place to unwind especially after a long day socialising. I visited tonight after a long hard day away from Bridgwater and was recognised by one of the ladies who had served me previously and noticed that there was a lively atmosphere. It's so nice to visit your local bar/pub and be amongst friends.
Cozy old school pub. Always fantastic welcoming staff, great selection of Lagers & Ales, and very reasonably priced. Superb people watching location on nicer days too, with pavement tables. Recommended

Proper town local.Friendly Atmosphere with live music some Saturdays. Excellent range of Cask Ales.Mostly sourced locally.Outside seating area.Close to the Town centre.Well worth a visit
Nice proper pub... but trying to get eye contact with the bar maids to get served whilst they were chatting at the till.....well...
