This concert hall is very pretty and the set up works well to enjoy the concert. Sitting in the rows upstairs I had an amazing view and was able to have a seat in between acts. The security was really nice, but let a few people crack through and come in to the premium seat section.
The staff there are great but this isn't why I'm giving it a low review me an my friend went in the hottest day of the year sure they gave out water but there was absolutely no air conditioning such a shame really it did ruin a good evening how ever I will give credit to the stewards and security they were fantastic and underoath smashed it for there 20th anniversary it's just a shame I had to leave early due to the heat being so bad in the place.
Great venue, staff friendly and toilets are clean. Good view of stage, feels intimate. Only issue is no back support to seating in upper tiers, had to remain seated during gig so by time performance ended by back was in agony
First time visiting here. Was surprised at the seating on the balcony. Little different then Im used too but still comfy. My only issue was it's an 02 venue yet none of the staff knew about 02 priority.
Great atmosphere, good acoustics, I saw protoje here and had a great time...apart from paying 16£ for 2 pepsi's. I don't expect drinks to be cheap at a gig but that was a ridiculous amount to charge for 2 soft drinks.
Love the decor inside, but the queuing system could be better outside as the VIP experience took a while to finish up before everyone else could go in. There was no actual planning for the separate queues waiting to go inside as the staff seemed to have different views of doing things just by watching them directing each other but not exactly knowing for sure. Dogstar played a brilliant set for sure.
This is a cool venue to see a gig. There is an upstairs area and downstairs standing area. I was seated in the accessible area downstairs and it was very comfortable and the view was good for me. The staff were very attentive and helpful.
Fantastic experience from the balconyunallocated seats. The Warning performance was exceptional and the sound techs did a great job. Sound set up for conquer divide support band was not so good just my opinion. Bar was good, staff friendly, just queing in the rain was a bit of a pain at the start.
The whole concert was fun but honesty the fact that they made it in this venue made a big impact, the staff was very active, moving the crowd on the chairs upstairs, ensuring everyone had a sit, I also didn’t queue as I had priority with O2. Either way the whole experience was good. Clean and quick
Great mid-size venue, helpful staff at the front and at the barrier. The venue were helpful with managing disability needs too, thank you guys
