I found the dentist who dealt with me to be very professional and willing to share knowledge to make my future experience with my dentures better. She was not interested in carrying out work which was not necessary but just what was advisable to make my future more comfortable and more hygienic and healthier. Thank you.
Before visiting the forum I had been thinking about getting an Invisalign for some time . I decided to come to the forum to see my options after speaking on the phone to Louis. From my very first visit everything was explained to me what I needed to know and what my options were & there was no pressure put on me to make a decision. I am so pleased I decided to finally get Invisalign, honestly the process was so much easier than I expected ! The forum have been great through my entire experience & everyone is so lovely and welcoming. If your considering visiting this dentist do not hesitate , I would definitely recommend the forum dental studio.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff and orthodontists who helped me achieve my desired smile.It has been a long 4 years, but we stuck through the pandemic and faced many bumps along the way for the final outcome! I'm so glad I took my braces off this Monday! I am extremely grateful for the care I got at Scunthorpe orthodontics!
This dentist is the best i I have ever been too. I came to this dentist on Sunday 15th January 2023. I am so so scared of going to the dentist to the point I have had fillings my whole life with no injections. This time was to have a tooth pulled out was my worst nightmare. I had been stressing the whole time I had it booked with was a month or so. But when I got there from the lady on reception welcoming me there to the dentist Kish and the the dental nurse Leah they made me feel so comfortable. Kish and Leah are amazing and a credit. Also very patient. I have never had an injection before as I am that scared of them but that changed with these two. They had the time, patience, and caring nature to calm me down. Explain everything to me slowly. I have hearing problems which was not an issue for them as they have to wear mask which I get but they took down there masks and stood at a safe distance so I could hear them and see their mouths. Kish was amazing didn’t rush and was gentle as he could be pulling a tooth out. Leah well she was reassuring me the whole way through that I was ok. And doing really well. These two are a credit to the dentist it’s self. I know I have to have another one pulled out at some point but when that time come I will be asking for them both to be there and do what needs doing. They pass on everything to each other as they all knew I was so scared. On the way out the person reception said “well done are you ok?” It is the little things that matter. If I didn’t live an hour away from the dentist I would be asking to go there and taking my whole family too. They are an amazing team from the first phone call to the last each and everyone of you thank you so much for making it a better experience for me. Kish and Leah you deserve a medal for putting up with me. Thank you again. Your amazing.
I wanted to get my teeth straightened and whitened and I was recommended by a family member to go to the forum dental for Invisalign, as they had it done here. Speaking with Louis who arranged the initial meeting and went through prices was very straight forward and gave me a better understanding of the whole process. The initial appointment where they assess your teeth and how long you’ll need Invisalign braces in for. You then get booked in to have the fittings secured in your teeth, and I was giving 8 weeks of braces. I had to wear them for 22 hours a day. Only taking them out for eating and brushing my teeth. The first two weeks were uncomfortable due to the tightness and initial movement of teeth but after that there was no issue and you soon get used to it. When I came back at the end of my 14 weeks my bottom teeth weren’t quite straight so they put me on a further 14 weeks course at no extra cost. From start to finish the forum were amazing, I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting Invisalign and it’s the best decision I made. Finished off with 4 weeks of whitening I love me new smile!

I first engaged with The Forum Dental Studio when referred for oral surgery. The contact and communication prior to the treatment was excellent with Amber and Charlotte. My experience at the time of surgery was amazing. Everyone was so friendly, yet professional and I felt that I was receiving skilled and experienced care, delivered with compassion. Due to this mazing experience I switched practices and had my first treatment as a new patient this week. Once again the lovely ladies on reception were amazing. The treatment by Dr Ruth Baidoo, my dentist, was excellent. She couldn't have been more caring and was clearly skilled and took her time with my treatments. I don't think I have ever received such quality, patient centred care, as I have already experienced here. I have no regrets moving to this friendly practice.
Do not waste your hard earned money on treatment here, I paid just under £500 for treatment, I returned in a couple of weeks but was told it would be ok. All fillings fell out. I did not return as it takes a lot to visit a dentist, which was my fault but I was so frustrated and angry. I have gone elsewhere and very happy. So please shop around, as this dental service is NOT value for money, plenty of high quality dentists out there. I feel robbed! Receptionist not a dentist but extremely patronising. Reply - Are you joking? My surname is Cooper Smith, I’ve had check ups and treatments, you keep contacting me to book check ups but I haven’t as I’m not returning due to your poor service! This is the poor quality service I have paid for, experienced and received from you, not another practice. I suggest you check your records again!

Have been with the Forum 10 years or so and having had various experiences of dentists, can honestly say that this is an outstanding practice. My reason for posting though is Dr Baidoo, who went above and beyond what I could've ever have hoped for today. After having had an extremely painful infection in my wisdom tooth for a week whilst on holiday : she gave me a very careful and caring examination and, long story short, found time for it to be removed straight away. I am typing this a very happy and incredibly grateful patient. I was hugely impressed with her professional yet gentle manner and can only say that if you're ever gonna have a tooth out book yourself in with this Essex gem. Thanks a million Dr Ruth, you're a star. :
