I had to urgently find a place that would accommodate my party of 12. With just 24 hours notice, on the Saturday before Xmas, these guys bent over backwards to help me and organised a table for 12. Service was brilliant, food was great, especially the Lamb Kofta and a great night was had by all. Some of my party stayed on after the great meal, to gamble and they were thrilled with the venue. Great decor as it had only just been over hauled with a few million quid spent on it. Lovely place!!
The ambience inside is giving off speakeasy vibes. We had a lovely night as all staff are welcoming and friendly. Nick along with Ylona from the blackjack table were superb. Less crowded compared to chinatown casinos which i personally prefer.
Was denied entry via a bouncer saying it was members only after looking me up and down and deciding my shoes were the reason I wasn’t aloud in . Clearly a young women with a designer hand bag can’t afford to be in or is not of the “desired” client ! Rude unwelcoming do no recommend. We took our money else where. Avoid if you want to be sold a load of lies as to why you can’t go in to this establishment
Very welcoming & great looking employees. Clean throughout with great selection of drinks too. Was a good night spent playing black jack!Service: 5/5
Crooks very bad atmosphere don't even gamble
Do not waste your time going to this casino. The dealers there are clearly beginners with close to no experience. They were exceptionally slow when dealing cards and paid me less than I was owed on on multiple occasions. On roulette, they were unable to follow simple instruction and I would have to repeatedly request for the manager to come to the table because they would not even admit or acknowledge their errors without their manager’s confirmation. Do not waste your time with Forty Five. Either go to a more central casino or the casino on Gloucester Road.
A lovely evening at the Forty Five Kensington! Great atmosphere and delicious food. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Denitsa who made our night
Had a great time! The venue is very pleasant in a classy district. The small size of the pokerroom, the sympathy of the dealers and overall the other players make you feel comfortable. The Friday night tournament they offer has a great structure compared to many others in London.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have to agree with the below - Incompetent management and a lousy head office. A place for the homeless as they only want those customers who do not play or play minimally and only come to attend special events/celebrations/entertainment for a cheap night out. You will notice on special nights that the casino is full of people but the gaming area is empty. This is because they have banned and chased away all customers who win, on the excuse of their obligation to awareness of money laundering, but they conveniently do not ask those who regularly lose. As soon as you win well they will ask you for personal details - like bank statements and will claim that you are losing a ridiculous amount of money - which is not true. The truth is that they would not even know how much you are losing as they would only know the value of the chips you have bought in. Not the value of the chips you have cashed out. You would expect management to know their client well enough and investigate thoroughly before passing on his sensitive details to their head office. Their so called head office are nonsensical and stubborn. They are unapproachable and you have to really find a way of getting through to them. When you do, you again will encounter someone providing you with robotic answers and not clearly answering your queries. They will never call you back. Something worth noting is that management or head office will never provide you anything in writing!!!! My advice -, if you are asked, do not show these people with any of your personal details as they quite frankly will not know how to interpret/handle any of the information you provide. This place has naturally become a ghost town. Had friends who recently visited and claim that they will not visit again after spend nearly 20 quid per head on a horrible microwave meal.
Nice place. Really friendly staff that always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. It's not stuck up and you don't need loads of cash to have a good time. Big groups of lads should avoid it - it's not that sort of place.
