"Basement 45 is available for hire 7 nights a week. You can hire the whole venue 280 capacity , or for smaller events of 50-150 people you can hire part of the club midweek only. Midweek hire costs £200/250 half club / full club. Weekend hire is £400 and includes security, staff, all DJ equipment 3 deck set up in both rooms, FUNKTION 1 soundsystem in main room, We can supply the DJ's for an additional cost, or you can bring your own, catering is also available should you require it . Unfortunately we do not take 18th birthday party bookings. I have run two events now at Basement 45. Each time I have been incredibly happy. The club owner is very professional. All the team at Basement 45 are friendly and create a safe atmosphere. Any issues or concerns I have had while running a night at Basement 45 the staff have been so fast to help. As a female promoter I want everyone to feel safe when attending my event but I especially want females to feel safe. Basement 45 staff are quick to remove anyone like this. They also are good at spotting things before it becomes a problem. Basement 45 is the most safe I have felt in any club.
Hired The Den for my birthday party and had an amazing night! Mark was extremely helpful and always quick to get back to me with any questions. All the staff on the night were nice, and all my guests commented on how cool the space itself was. Private bar, dj booth we were able to use, wristbands to give to guests to prevent members of the public coming into our party. Will 100% be back another time! Thanks Mark and the team
A big thanks to Mark and the team for a fantastic 30th birthday here in The Den. It was so easy to plan and run through details of the event with Mark before the party, and all my guests had an amazing evening here. Sound system was great, and impressive sound proofing from the door into the main club too. Thanks for a perfect 30th!
Hired a room at Basement45 for a private party and had the best time ever! Excellent service and the entire team supported us with everything we needed. Can't recommend this venue enough.
I have ran many events for the last 25 or so years but....On Saturday the 14th January 2023...This was my very first time I had run an event at @ Basement 45 and worked with this club and the club owner and It's staff After my event I told the club owner like I will tell you now....There are probably about only 3 club owners in my entire years of running events that I have worked with that are A. So truly professional..... B. So super helpful, friendly and accommodating and.... C. So ridiculously honest and transparent about the deal you strike with the club! My events bring nothing but 100's of happy smiling faces to my parties and what's massively important to me is, along side the cooperation of the club owner is... The club staff, the doormen, the manager, the bar staff and everything else in between and, on the night I can give them nothing but absolute praise beyond belief!!! Simply Outstanding!!! Any issues I had on the night were sorted out immediately enabling my event to continue running smoothly and even my crowd were so grateful and thankful of just how friendly the staff were and made them feel so comfortable and continuously fed back to me about how amazing the place was. Big thanks to Mark the Owner and Chris the Bar manager and all the Bar staff and doormen you guys who all helped and contributed to helping my crowd to create so many happy memories from my night and for that I cannot thank you enough and I cannot wait to work with you all again in the very near future Thank you for everything you guys do so well Marc Smith
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue for a private party. A friend and I held a joint birthday celebration, Mark was very responsive to questions and made organisation a breeze. On the night itself the staff were excellent. The security deposit was returned promptly without any issues
Decisive sounds, a London based event collective, made our debut at basement 45. Basement Bash, hosted on the 11th of February 2023, was a strong success of an event with a complete sell out online and on the door. The owner, Mark, was super friendly and catering, extremely easy to communicate with being efficient and effective in meeting all our requests and queries. The manager of the night, Will, ensured for it was a smooth and seamless evening maintaining consistent communication throughout the night. Positive feedback from all the attendees and DJs. Look forward to a future booking at this space again.
Hosted my 30th in The Den and had a brilliant time. Great communication throughout with Mark, and the staff on the day were brilliant.
Great venue - big sound system in a rave cave. I hired The Den for a private party and the space and staff were spot on.
I've organised several events with these guys and I have to say it is always a pleasure. Mark and the team are by far my favourite venue owners/managers to work with; very friendly, helpful and organised. The venue itself I would say is one of the best value for money venues in Bristol. They've got a Funktion One soundsystem in the main room which means you don't have to worry about hiring a rig. I also really like that there is plenty of seating between the two rooms which is great because the seating area is quiet enough that you can hear eachother speak, but you can still hear the music from the second room in the background.
