I had a wisdom tooth extraction and both my dentist Nicole McKeever and her dental nurse couldn’t have been more professional. The process was explained thoroughly and I was made to feel very much at ease. Reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly. I had every confidence that I was in safe hands. After a not so good experience with another clinic for previous wisdom tooth extraction I’m glad I chose Fortwilliam this time.
Fantastic experience today when I visited the clinic for the first time. Mark Diamond came highly recommended form my dentist who is Harley street registered the best in the business and reaching retirment I can only say that I was blown away by how good Mark was. I am delighted to have found Mark Diamond he is an absolute gentleman and a professional that is leading the field in dentistry and has been for many years!. Thank you Mark for the incredible level of service and professionalism you provided today. Additionally thank you to all the staff who made me fell at ease, greeted me with a warm welcome and made the who process so efficient and professional. A further word of thanks to the outstanding dental Nurse today who assisted during the surgery who was again outstanding. Thanks to the whole team. Best wishes Oliver Clarke
Great experience here. I had a took break on me the previous day and was emergency extraction. I was a bit nervous and stressed, but was reassured and explained the procedure. All the staff were great and the dentist was excellent.
Everyone in the clinic are very friendly. The dentist is brilliant as well as the assistant, they made me feel comfortable and assurance extraction my wisdom tooth. Overall a very pleasant experience in the clinic. I will highly recommend this clinic.
Great service and can highly recommend. Very professional, friendly and explained the procedure fully prior to starting. Fiona had my tooth out in 10 mins with no pain at all and it had been ensconced in there for over 50 years :
