I unfortunately had a screw in my tyre which caused a puncture. The staff at Formula One Autocentres in Derby were so helpful and immediately fitted a new tyre whilst I waited. I can't praise Lee and Phil enough for their help. Five stars from me

These guys are always very helpful and friendly and their workmanship and product knowledge is excellent.  They are able to supply a huge range of quality tyres for every need.  They are happy to give me advice and answer any queries I have.  The facilities for waiting are excellent with comfortable chairs.  Highly recommended.

By far the worst garage I’ve been to. If you don’t know much about cars do not go to this garage as they’ll rip you off and add on advisories to get more money off you. Repairs do not last or get botched. Had my drivers side lower arm suspension done and it went after 10,000 miles, yet didn’t think my ongoing issues on my car suspension was due to this not being fixed properly in the first place. My warranty ran out so couldn’t even go back here to complain. Will not be coming back to this garage.

Usually a great reliable place,always take my car here for its mot and any other work that needs doing. However the staff have changed and the manager bloke I dealt with was very obnoxious and abrupt,his attitude stunk awful to deal with very unhelpful and understanding,apparently he is old school and basically says how it is,well yes he does but not in a pleasant way. Awful man. I also dealt alot with his assistant who didn't seem to have a clue about anything to do with cars or parts and he did say he was only a pen pusher,Im sorry if you work at a garage surely you would need some basic car and car parts knowledge, found this very odd.

Good value tyres.  Prompt and polite service.  However both of the new tyres were under inflated by several pounds and one  had a few pounds less pressure than the other, so lucky that I checked them the following day.

Picked car up after service last Sunday. Soon noticed about £15 fuel 'missing' tank was full and gauge at top etc when went in. Phoned up, obviously no joy. Emailed head office and told would investigate and get back to me within 3 days. That was 5 days ago and still heard nothing.  There you go

Please avoid Derby  branch Ashbourne Road. Something changed for the worst in the past year.. they used to be reliable but not anymore.....Paid more that  £400 for an issue  they said they could fix or had fixed . The problem still there ......returned later within days was told they cannot accept any responsibility..... seems the manager or someone senior influence the workers not to be trustworthy. Should be ashamed FormularOne Ashbourne. .....Please please avoid.

This place is a disgrace. Absolutely disgusting service. Not calling the customer back as agreed earlier. Not sticking to the appointment time and not completing the job in the time agreed. Double booking customers. Excuses of a tyre fitter "walking out on him" used by a manager. If I didn't notice, they would have kept my spare set of wheel nuts. Chaotic and unreliable place with no respect for customer's time. AVOID.

Beware of a cheap MOT offer. A year later and 8,000 miles and my sons' Corsa suddenly needs a whole lot of work done with lots of advisories. Last years MOT was Formula1 in Sheffield so maybe go there instead.

I went to have my tyres fitted today and was delighted by the service. In particular Gaz was an excellent technician. Attentive, careful and knowledgeable - I couldn’t have asked for more. Well done to the F1 team in Derby.
