Used to order my veil. Ordered 2nd April arrived last week!!! I missed my hair trial and my dress fitting and wanted it for both so ordered well in advance. Poor communication I was always chasing them and then when my veil did finally arrive they still didn't call me I had to find out when I chased again! Thank god I didn't order my dress from there that's all I can say! If I could it give it Zero starts I would. I even wrote a complaint and didnt even get a response from that. Shocking
Really helpful friendly staff. Used to hire wedding suit everything was sorted and taken care of swiftly.
